An Investigation On The Current Situation Of Foreign Language Education In Naryn Kyrgyzstan

Naryn is the city which is relatively backward mountainous areas in southeast of Kyrgyzstan. The high altitude,cold climate, and the relatively poor natural conditions, coupled with the traffic block, which makes the society develops so slow. But the foreign language teaching in this area are rather active, just likes the presented flowers, which makes people feel intrigued. In this paper, set the Naryn city in Kyrgyzstan as an example, the city national university of Naryn natrium Naryn, Kyrgyzstan, the Chkalov middle school, the national children training center and the education institutions such as the central Asia university of United States. Teaching management, teachers, students and other people as investigated object, through the interviews, questionnaires and observational methods.In order to solve the problem of courses, teachers, students’ learning motivation, learning attitude, self-learning evaluation, the second classroom Settings, the scholarship and the opportunities of studying abroad.I did the survey of the current situation of this area’s foreign language teaching, and by the comparative analysis of the current language teaching status of foreign language teaching in the area. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in teaching of different languages in Naryn city and found the factors which influenced the foreign language teaching.This article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly discusses the topic background, research purpose, the significance of research and the place of innovation, research review,the ideas and methods of research, etc.The second part is mainly about the situation of educational institutions, the foreign languages teaching in educational institutions, the number of students, the curriculum, the class teaching, teachers, textbooks, scholarships and the chance to study abroad. And made a situation investigation.The third part is mainly about the comparative analysis of different languages in the Narky area.The fourth part is mainly about the factors which influenced the development of foreign language teaching in Naryn city..
