Music education has a vital role in educating people. Take the important responsibility of children’s art aesthetic ability, is an important part of kindergarten art education. Music education is a subject in artistic, practical and creative as one of the set. Due to the distinct features of the education method, education content and education process, so it is a key school of preschool education professional content. Preschool education is the beginning of life education, but also the initial stage of lifelong education, form the habit of main phase has a fundamental, overall and leading an important role, music education fit the preschool education in the long run development needs. Xinjiang region of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools of music teaching, there are a lot of problems. These problems restrict the development of Xinjiang Vocational Education and preschool education. This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter: established the research background and origin, to the domestic and foreign research status combing, clear the significance of the research, the main ideas, important ideas and technical route, has carried on the limits to the related terms.The second chapter discusses the necessity of music education. Around the foundation and the position of the effect of music education to the development of preschool children, Xinjiang Vocational preschool music education, I demand area in pre vocational music education factors, construction of four aspects of the inevitable requirement of harmonious regional were discussed.The third chapter discusses the present situation of the music teaching in Urumqi secondary vocational preschool education. Focus on two aspects of survey on the teaching status quo of preschool music preschool teaching basic music professional statistical analysis, and.The fourth chapter discusses the factors that affect the music teaching of Urumqi secondary vocational school,around the student’s own learning factors, teacher factors, school factors and social factors.In the fifth chapter, the paper discusses the suggestions to improve the effectiveness of music teaching in the secondary vocational school in Urumqi.
