Studies On The Structural Innovation Of Ecological Civilization Under The Historical Materialism Field Of Vision

With people’s awareness of idea of ecological civilization raised, The Eighteenth National Congress adds the ecological civilization to “Five in One” general task, attaching unparalleled importance to the ecological civilization. In this general task, the key lies in how to coordinate such five factors as civilization of ecological, politics, economy, culture and society, which is a construct problem full of basic meaning under guidance of Marxism. It is necessary to innovate in the ecological civilization system to solve this construct problem. It is not only the demand of the development of this year but also the demand of ecological civilization innovation of Marxism. With this background, this paper devotes to exploring the system innovation of ecological civilization at the perspective of materialist conception of history and aims at providing reference for system innovation of ecological civilization in China.This paper confirms the basic field if research for the first, which is the characters, theory basis and realistic meaning of the system innovation of ecological civilization. In addition, it represents that the system innovation of ecological civilization tries to renew and create the social regulations and standard of conduct with the goal of people’s growth, which must take advantage of ecological civilization of Marxism, Marxism regulation and the basic arguments of ecological civilization of Marxism as its theories to explore the effective strategies so as to manifest the realistic meaning of ecological civilization of Marxism, combing with the reality of construction of ecological civilization. Then, this paper analyses the implication of materialist conception of history from such three aspects as system innovation of ecological civilization, the integration of social function and hominology implication so as to deepen the problem of system innovation of ecological civilization and even rise to the problem about people’s survival and development.On the basis of theory analysis, this paper devotes to exploring the strategy of system innovation of ecological civilization and it establishes such four principles as “human-oriented”, “fair and justice”, “collectivism” and “sustainable development” according to Marxism, making sure the effective orientation for strategy. With this guidance, this paper proposes the strategy framework from such three aspects as the top design innovation about system of ecological civilization, regulation innovation of about system of ecological civilization, system innovation of ecological civilization and concept innovation about system innovation of ecological civilization. In a word, at the perspective of materialist conception of history, it is advised to explore the effective strategy of the system innovation of ecological civilization so as to manifest the theory value and era value of ecological civilization of Marxism with the goal of beautifying China.
