Research On The Development Of Green Technology Innovation From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization is a civilized form in which human beings respect,adapt to and protect nature and realize harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It abandons the excessive consumption of resources and energy by industrial civilization,the forced destruction of the ecological environment,the increasing expansion of material life,adhere to the concept of green development,the pursuit of ecological fairness and ecological justice.The construction of ecological civilization is not only a scientific theory explored by our country in the face of the reality that the productive forces are underdeveloped and the ecological problems are becoming more and more serious.It is also the inevitable trend of the transformation of human civilization from agricultural civilization and industrial civilization to ecological civilization in accordance with the method of historical materialism.Green technology innovation has become an important means to realize industrial transformation and government assessment goal has not kept up with the requirements of ecological civilization and green technology innovation and other government environmental regulation issues in a timely manner.On the part of enterprises,under the premise of weak restraint ability of environmental regulation,enterprises pay more attention to economic benefits and avoid ecological costs,the power of green technology innovation is insufficient;the supply of green technology R & D market does not match the market demand.In the aspect of public organization,the scientific popularization propaganda of ecological civilization construction and green technology innovation is not enough,and the extensive green cognition has not been formed.The extent to which people and social organizations are involved in promoting the construction of ecological civilization and green technological innovation is not sufficient.Finally,the policy suggestions are given from these three aspects: as the bearer
