Teachers as a teaching activities guide, the teaching behavior which not only determines the direction of the whole class teaching, affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching, affect and restrict students’ classroom learning activities to some extent. Teachers encourage behavior in the classroom, directly affect the students to maintain a positive attitude towards learning, improve learning Chineseresult, building confidence in Chinese learning, improve learning errors, etc. In this study, foreign language teachers in Xinjiang Normal University as the research object,It was discussed the Foreign language teachers encourage behavior in classroom and Outside the classroom, focus on the influence of foreign language teachers to encourage students to study Chinese behavior.The thesis is divided into five chapters, Chapter 1 is an introduction, description of the background, purpose and significance, and related research are reviewed, and research design.Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 is the main part of this paper. Chapter 2 in the foreign language teachers to encourage behavior into the classroom, through classroom observation, First describes the basic use case of foreign language teachers in the classroom to encourage, and from the teachers’ verbal and non-verbal behavior encouraged both depth encourage acts of foreign language teachers encourage behavior frequency of use, to the content, point to an object, in particular the extent and manner of foreign language teachers and classroom behavior was encouraged summary.Chapter 3, the author describes two aspects of foreign language teachers encourage the outside classroom behavior, First, foreign language teachers encourage behavior written language, through collecting Teacher Comments from student job, to find teachers to students to encourage written comments, and its in-depth analysis.
