The Case Study Of Foreign Language Teachers Encourage Behavior

Teachers as a teaching activities guide, the teaching behavior which not only determines the direction of the whole class teaching, affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching, affect and restrict students’ classroom learning activities to some extent. Teachers encourage behavior in the classroom, directly affect the students to maintain a positive attitude towards learning, improve learning Chineseresult, building confidence in Chinese learning, improve learning errors, etc. In this study, foreign language teachers in Xinjiang Normal University as the research object,It was discussed the Foreign language teachers encourage behavior in classroom and Outside the classroom, focus on the influence of foreign language teachers to encourage students to study Chinese behavior.The thesis is divided into five chapters, Chapter 1 is an introduction, description of the background, purpose and significance, and related research are reviewed, and research design.Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 is the main part of this paper.
