The success of a lesson,the teacher's classroom teaching language is the key to the classroom teaching language of Chinese as a foreign language teachers throughout the course of the in classroom teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is a teacher teaching organization,the main tool to complete the teaching mission.To study Chinese as a foreign language teacher's classroom teaching language,to enrich the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,provide reference for the actual classroom teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Expert teachers as the leader of Chinese as a foreign language teachers,their teaching experience;As just to join the new group of Chinese as a foreign language teachers,novice teachers there are lots of places should be referred to the expert teacher's classroom language learning.So the two classroom teaching language contrast is more worth studying.This article draws on domestic and foreign existing of novice teachers and expert teachers in teaching language contrast research,and five of a university in changsha,the novice teachers' classroom teaching Chinese as a foreign language and Beijing language and culture university five expert teachers' teaching model lesson video observation and research.The mainly adopts such research model: classroom observation recording,video collection-audio video transfer into text-the text comparative analysis-novice teachers and expert teachers classroom teaching language contrast analysis-in view of the problem put forward the corresponding solution-the conclusion.Paper from the perspective of discourse function divides into the language classroom teaching Chinese as a foreign language classroom language,teaching language and language communication,and other four categories(including blackboard writing,teaching means),and then from the four aspects analyzes the five novice teachers and five specific liquid of expert teacher in the classroom.Research found that novice teachers in teaching language has a lot of problems,such as: language ask too much,feedback too casual,ignore to summarize the use of,don't pay attention to the demonstration of voice,use some super classes,words and grammar,the instructions were unclear.In view of the problems found,the paper finally gives some feasible Suggestions to encourage novice teachers constantly reflect on their teaching language,improve and perfect their own language,push yourself to be near an expert-like teachers,improve the classroom teaching effectiveness and efficiency,promote their professional development.
