| Off-campus education as an important part of education, plays an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive development and healthy growth of students. In the national policy and funding support,off-campus education ushered in the great leap forward development. With the off-campus educational institutions “Physical Expansionâ€, the urgent need for the development of professional training and allocation ofTeacher Resourcesmeans “Comprehensive coordination and sustainable development â€.As one of 120 Urumqigovernment practical livelihoodin 2012,sixpublic youth activities center had put into useby the end of 2013, With the Education Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued a series about “sports, art 2 + 1 project†implementation and beginning in 2015, art formally included in the examination subjects,Accounted for 50 of the total score, Outside art training demand is very large. In order to meet the students’ increasing art training needs,Each school activity center also needs to actively explore the teacher training in line with their own development.Based on the theme of the music teacher training of 6 public young people outside school activities center in Urumqi, using literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, analysis of the status quo and existing problems, put forward countermeasures.Is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background;The second chapter of the extracurricular education to sort out; The third chapter introduces the teacher training related theory and the domestic and foreign advanced experience; The fourth chapter, through the questionnaire survey and analysis of 6 juvenile extracurricular activities center sound music teacher training status and existing problems;The fifth chapter proposed strategy; The sixth chapter is the conclusion.In conclusion, main conclusions: Urumqi six public-school music teacher training activities of the Centre, should be adopted to determine the training needs ––setting training objectives––to develop training––innovative training methods –– summary evaluation of training five links,in order to provide a reference to promote the professional development of school music education of teachers. |
