The educational practice of fine art of teacher-training collages is not only an important part of the learning schedule but also a significant way to improve the abilities of the students. In recent years, many collages adopt different modes can be summed up to"disposable"educational practice mode. At the same time as it trying to be improved and perfect, it dose make progresses with each passing day, but still remains many drawbacks. As is strongly requiring, some collages and universities carry out reforms and have some effects. In conclusion, most of the collages still use the"disposable"educational practice mode and do nothing with the present situation result in the poor quality and effect of the educational practice.This paper uses documentary method, comparison method, survey method, analysis method, stochastic service systems and so on to deal with the present situation of educational practice of fine art of collages and universities in China—"disposable"educational practice mode, and finally draw a conclusion to set up a global mode to make the educational practice a process instead of a link. It will work through the four years collage life even the whole career. It will lead the students focus on the developments of career from the very beginning to the end in a systemic and all-directional way.In view of students are lack of role play experiences, it is recommended in the paper that there should be a new link to make freshmen familiar with the middle school educational environment for improving the freshmen's basic skills and moral; to enhance the humanistic spirits and extend the practical educational knowledge for extending the sophomore s'role playing experience; to learn about theories and microteaching for extending the juniors'teaching experiences; to practice as a teacher in the future in middle schools and reflect during the progress for broadening students'horizon and self-examination experiences; to accept the idea of lifelong learning for improving the role research abilities and making the students become a popular professional teacher in the future.
