| Digital publishing is in the ascendant, copyright protection is one of its developmentbottleneck, directly affects the profitability of the digital publishing, also effects the profit andenthusiasm of the owner of copyright, indirectly relates to the intellectual property rightsprotection system, the development of knowledge economy and Culture Soft Strength ofChina. At present, China’s digital publishing copyright protection is not completely inauthorized, legal protection and how to respond to the challenges of new technology. Basedon the analysis of the problems, the author propound some advice on how to protect digitalpublishing copyright in authorized, legal protection, the technical protection, governmentadministrative protection and ethical awareness. To protect the copyright of digital publishing,we must diversify the way of authorization; revise and perfect our current copyright law, andthe copyright law shall apply an appropriate increase in the international level according tothe conditions; when using of technology protection measures, we should find the balancebetween the user and the copyrighter; the government should play its role. |
