Research On The Electronic Data Forensic In Cloud Computing Environment

In today's era of big data,cloud computing has played an important role in the massive data processing,and will continuously applied to internet of things,block chain,artificial intelligence and other high-tech research fields.Since 2006 the concept of cloud computing has been put forward for the first time,until now,the concept of cloud computing from the original is "speculation" developed to gradually accepted by the society,the service model and business model has been applied in a wide range of business,at the same time,cloud computing profound influence to people's work and daily life,a large number of traditional companies rely on cloud computing to achieve the transformation and upgrading,which leads to there are more and more network crimes in cloud computing environment.For more in-depth research,the evidence of electronic data in the cloud computing environment is studied from the perspective of criminal investigation,the traditional electronic forensic stay in signal device forensics and simple network forensics,mainly related to search and seizure and analysis of electronic data storage problems,the relevant laws and regulations continue to improve in judicial practice,but because of the cloud data feature with distributed storage,resource sharing features,massive,perishable and so on,the traditional way is not enough to solve the problem of cloud forensics,evidence as an important basis for judgment,how to realize the cloud data forensics increased difficulty to the traditional electronic forensics,also brings the challenge of the relevant legal system.Apart from the introduction and the concluding remarks,the full text is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of electronic data forensics under the cloud computing environment.This chapter first introduces the development and application of cloud computing,explains the extensive and long-term application of cloud computing,and explains the necessity and value of cloud forensics research work;secondly analysis of the relationship between cloud forensics and traditional electronic forensics from the perspective of the characteristics of cloud data,illustrate the feasibility to carry out the work of the cloud forensics.The second part is the realistic predicament of electronic data forensics under the cloud computing environment.This chapter analyzes from two aspects of legal and technical challenges of cloud forensics and causes brought by the influence of uninterrupted legal level includes cloud services on the rules of evidence,the distributed storage technology leads to strong cross regional cloud forensics needs,characteristics of multi tenant and resource sharing with the independent risk of user privacy information exposure,the perfect technology dependent urges the technical assistance to the relevant provisions of the imminent;technical difficulties analysis focuses on how to ensure access to the cloud cloud forensics data integrity problems.The third part is the solution to the difficulty of electronic data forensics under the cloud computing environment.Corresponding to the realistic predicament put forward in the second part,the countermeasures are put forward from two angles: the improvement of the legal system and the construction of the model of cloud forensics.
