This thesis mainly aims at the source of justice in order to provide a solution forsome contradictions and conflicts in modern society. This thesis selects some significantpeople including Confucius, Mencius, Plato and Aristotle in the Axial Age. This thesisanalyzes their thoughts,extract the justice of their ideology,compare the political andlegal education issue of their thoughts,in order to provide some help for the modernsociety.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is the analysis of the thought ofConfucius and Mencius. Kindheartedness is the foundation of the thought of Confucius.By the difference of love over the "make no exception of love".Using the righteousnessto build the ceremonial observances in general to solve the allocation of the rights andobligation. Kindheartedness is also the foundation of the thought of Mencius. Menciusputs forward the theory of original feelings clearly.Using the feeling to build the justicepolity. At last, This thesis compare the thought of Confucius and Mencius, summing upthe similarities and the differences.The second part is the analysis of the thought of Plato and Aristotle.Naturalinstincts and the soul of the man’s three points are the base of Plato’s thought.Heanalogized this idea to the polis, puts forward the justice idea that each performed itsown functions. On this basis, construct the system of sports education, arts and so on.This thesis focuses on the analyzing of Plato’s "cave theory" and "philosophyking"system. Aristotle learn from the Plato.he inherit Plato’s thought that from rule nyman to rule by law. The juste-milieu is the main ideal and core of Aristotle’sthought.Taking this core, Aristotle build his justice polis. In this juste-milieu of the city,there are good legal, proper education, suitable allocation system. At last, This thesiscomparing the thought of Plato and Aristotle, summed up the similarities anddifferences.The third part compare the summary of the other two parts and the different justiceideal of the east and west to find out the good parts for the modern society in order tosolve the social gap between rich and poor,education issue and so on.
