The Construction Of Government Trust In The Multi-ethnic Region Of Political Communication Perspective

The construction of government trust has important sense inthe Multi-ethnic region. It is very important for improvingethnic government approval and nation approval and maintainingsocial, political stability and social harmony.This thesis takes political communication as a perspective.Then analyzes the sense, necessity and feasibility of theconstruction of government trust; and discusses therelationship among political communication, environment,channels, system and government trust.This thesis analyzes the influence factors of theconstruction of government trust in the Multi-ethnic region,including culture factor: the establishment of the concept of"governing for the people "and the degree of practice, theestablishment degree of consciousness of ethnic harmony andharmony with official and people; Ethnic factor: citizens’political communication, subjective expectation, political elf-efficacy for political communication in the Multi-ethnic；thegovernment factors: the government subjective intention and theactual performance; system factors: open degree of thepolitical communication channels and the perfect degree of thesystem.At last, the thesis puts forward four strategies toreinforce political communication and improve the trust ofMulti-ethnic government: first, the government and nations should optimize the political communication environment－thegovernment should practice the concept of "governing for thepeople" which is based on political communication, and shoulduse ethnic and government communication to cultivateconsciousness of ethnic harmony and the harmony of official andpeople; second, government should make it clear for people toget the political communication information; third, they shouldbroaden the channels of political communication; last,government needs to complete the systems.
