As a legal system, coordination, balance andaddress the interests in land expropriation conflicts, the importance of thecompensation system of land expropriation has become increasingly prominent. Toproperly solve the problem of land expropriation compensation, protection of the ruralcollective economic organizations and villagers’ land rights and interests, to ensurethe smooth realization of the smooth progress of national construction and socialpublic interests, have a very important practical significance and long-termsignificance. At present, in the land expropriation compensation practice, we still havethe problem of compensation scope is narrow, the standard of compensation is low,single compensation way, we still need a long way to go to solve these problems.However, the reform of rural land expropriation compensation system in China is ofgreat significance, not only relates to the interests of farmers, but also related to socialstability and economic development.The institution fairness, is the biggest socialfairness. Therefore, I define the scope of public interest, for improving the landexpropriation compensation system and put forward their views and suggestions.
