Astudy On The Personal Credit Reporting System Research In Yangjiang

Personal credit reporting refers to an activity of collecting, sorting, preserving andprocessing personal credit information and providing relevant information for informationusers. In China, due to a relatively weak sense of information of the entire society, theinformation order is quite chaotic, and most regions have a lack of credit management for aquite long time. How to construct a sound social credit reporting system has become aprimary task of China’s social and economic construction, while during which a soundpersonal credit reporting system is an important part.Compared with countries or regions with a sound credit reporting system, China’scurrent personal credit reporting system has many problems, such as national personal creditreporting rules and regulations have just been promulgated, inadequate capacity of creditreporting agencies, inadequate credit reporting supervision, and lack of adequate policysupport etc. This paper identifies shortcomings in the development of current personal creditreporting system in Yangjiang City by studying on its construction of prefecture-levelpersonal credit reporting system, and proposes methods to perfect the construction, form aframework of personal credit reporting system and provide reference for construction ofpersonal credit reporting system in China and other regions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is about introduction, which mainly describes research background andsignificance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and ideas etc.The second part is about theories related to personal credit reporting system, whichmainly distinguishes meaning, characteristics and classification of current credit and creditreporting systems.The third part is about construction of China’s personal credit reporting system andinvestigation and analysis of the construction of personal credit reporting system in YangjiangCity. Besides, it also describes the development history and current development of theconstruction of personal credit reporting system in China and Yangjiang City, and analyzes indetail problems in the construction of Yangjiang personal credit reporting system throughquestionnaires and data collection. The fourth part compares personal credit reporting systems at home and abroad,summarizes foreign ones, refers to construction experience of the UK, Germany, Japan,Korea, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Zhejiang etc, and gets inspiration of Yangjiang personalcredit reporting system.The fifth part summarizes research problems, provides countermeasures for theconstruction of personal credit reporting system in Yangjiang City, perfects the constructionfrom perspectives of perfecting policies and regulations, credit reporting system constructionmode, credit reporting supervision construction and improving service levels etc, and builds asound personal credit reporting system..
