Study On The Lawyers Involved In The Public Voice System

Public voice system is a kind of special political system arrangement in our country, asan important channel of citizen’s political participation in democracy and rights relief has anirreplaceable role.Since its founding, the public voice system has in a constant process ofadjustment and improvement, in order to cope with the increasingly complex masses, thethesis work by the study on lawyers involved in the public voice system, to analyse thepresent situation of lawyers handling reception work, legal basis and change, responsibilities,priority, current problems, plans and suggestions. Taking Xi’an as an example, detailed thelong-term and effective operation of incentives of the lawyers involved in the public voicesystem. The weakness can be seen from working experience of Xi’an city, so that propose toset up the government purchase law service concept, to provide the direction of the stabilityassessment as well as the reform of public lawyer system solutions, in order to furtherstandardize lawyers involved in the publice voice system, gradually promote the developmentof letters and complaints legalization.
