The Realization Of Corporate Social Responsibility In The Perspective Of Law

Corporate social responsibility theory has been accepted by most countries.However,corporate social responsibility into relatively late in our country.Our country enterpriseoperator also can’t fully understand and accept corporate social responsibility.One-sidedpursuit of economic interests for a long time to also lead to our country enterprise in violationof the corporate social responsibility is extremely serious.The implementation of corporatesocial responsibility is urgently needed in our country. Combining with the situation of ourcountry and drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience.This article from the legalperspective analysis of the cause of our country enterprise society responsibilityimplementation difficulties,finding out the internal and external reasons of this problem.Toimprove the legislation and practice by using the method of literature review, comparativeanalysis method, economic analysis and logical analysis method. Thus to promote therealization of corporate social responsibility in our country.In this paper, a total of three parts:The first part of the article sum up the main performance difficulties for the enterprise inviolation of the social responsibility of the phenomenon of serious misunderstanding ofcorporate social responsibility and business operators serious condition, according analyzingthe difficulties of corporate social responsibility implementation in our country.The second part,through the analysis of the cause of the lack of corporate socialresponsibility in our country to realize the corporate social responsibility.Generalize theconclusion existing in the legislation and practice about the imperfect of constraint andincentive mechanism,and the shortage of mechanism about benefit coordination.The third part, through the discovery and analysis problems in the first two parts,combining with the relevant state of corporate social responsibility implementation measuresabroad, combined with our country’s basic national conditions. In the legislation and practicetwo level feasibility of implementation path is put forward to improve the existing problems.
