Since the financial crisis, China’s economic development, attracting worldwideattention, the status of the global economic downturn and China’s reform and openingup30years of development of common background, China’s economic reform mustadhere to the rout With the progress of reform, since January1,2008,Chinaimplementation of the "anti-monopoly law" as a basis for antitrust practices was puton the formal agenda in the country, and have appeared in more than antitrust reviewand litigation.China’s banking industry is no longer just a simple formative years withobvious characteristic of the initial administrative monopoly, so antitrust regulationfor the banking industry must also re-examine the government will need to assumetheir respective responsibilities. Because of their monopolistic behavior China’sbanking industry has a high degree of professionalism, high impact resistance features,the CBRC at this point on the banking industry’s antitrust more advantages, however,as a specialized agency of anti-monopoly, anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies inthe anti-monopoly the more experience, the CBRC and other industries and regulatoryagencies can not match the.So how to adjust the relationship between the two, howthe two organizations complement each other to form a complete system of antitrustenforcement system is what we want to solve.This article will combine antitrust principles and scope of China’s bankingmonopoly jurisdiction conflicts, intends to solve China’s banking antitrust jurisdictionin antitrust enforcement agencies and industry coordination among regulators.Analysis of the current international law enforcement agencies on the use of patternstrengths and weaknesses, suitable for China’s anti-monopoly law enforcement model,the establishment of anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies based, industry,regulatory agencies, supplemented by collaborative regulatory model, and theintroduction of foreign advanced learning system, to solve our country in antitrustenforcement deficiencies.
