Socialist New Countryside Of Common Prosperity Practice Exploration

With the deepening of the reform and opening up, China has established a relativelyperfect system of socialist market economy. Judging from the current situation our countryhas entered the well-off society in general. The gap is worsening. Especially under theurban-rural dual structure, the income gap is serious, which has affected the comprehensivedevelopment of society and people’s normal social psychology. In this background,comrade Hu Jintao put forward a great strategy to build a new socialist countryside in theface of the widening gap between the urban and rural areas and the problem of the "threerural" is more and more serious, because the construction of new socialist countryside andbalancing urban and rural economic development is the basic way to realize commonprosperity. Correctly recognizing and solving the problem of common prosperity in thenew rural construction, we not only need to fully understand and grasp the scientificconnotation of Deng Xiaoping’s common prosperity thought, but also start from the actualsituation of rural, under the guiding thought of common prosperity thoughts. Only in thisway can we narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote the farmers’ income,realize the common prosperity.Xi Shuangtang Village, situated in Shuangtang Town, Jinghai County. From1990s,this village has won socialist spiritual civilization construction, culture model village, folkculture village, etc. totaling23national honorary titles. In2003, this village got second in"China top ten most attractive leisure villages sponsored by Ministry of Agriculture. XiShuangtang’s prosperity is due to the implementation of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping’scommon prosperity thought, and striving to practice rural common prosperity policymeasures under comrade Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, but also due to inevitable result of thehard and smart work of the whole village people under the guidance of the party branchsecretary Chen Lixin comrade. With Chinese characteristics of rural common prosperitythoughts as the instruction and developing the socialist collective economy as the basicfoothold, on the basis of the socialist market economic system and the optimization andupgrading of industrial structure, this village’s success with the realization of materialcivilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and ecological civilization is a rolemodel for common prosperity in the new countryside in China.This thesis on the analysis of Xi Shuangtang Village’s common prosperity practicerevolves around the following parts:1, the theoretical basis of the new socialism ruralpractice.
