A Study On Motivation Mechanism Of Learning Party Organization In Military Grassroots

The Learning Party Organization construction is the foundation project of Marxist LearningParty Organization，is the inner requirement of Marxist Theory. Motivation mechanism is aorganization behavior，which can enhance the function of the behavior being up to expectation，and a mechanical finger of promoting the scientific development of Learning Party Organizationconstruction.
