Research On The Learning Activities Of Rural Grassroots Party Members And Cadres From The Perspective Of The Construction Of Learning Party Organizations

The construction of a learning party organization was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee.In February 2010,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the "Opinions on the Construction of Recommended Learning Party Organizations" and pointed out: "Building party organizations at all levels as learning party organizations." It means "deep learning" and mastering knowledge "rich and varied." So it could form a good atmosphere and benefit the people.This article is based on a thorough study of typical cases of rural grassroots party member cadres learning activities.Through studying and analyzing the 65 newspaper clipping of Party branch secretary of Z Village in Shaanxi Province,about 300,000 words of learning clippings were used as primary data.The study centered on learning newspaper clippings in Z Village included party building,economic construction,cultural construction,and social construction.The author conducted field research in combination with newspaper clippings and conducted in-depth research and analysis of Z Village's experience and achievements in creating a learning party organization.The author extracted useful experiences of the relationship between learning party organizations and rural governance,with universally meaningful learning experiences and learning outcomes.The theoretical refinement of the learning system innovation will provide experience and theoretical guidance for the rural grass-roots building learning party organizations in the central and western regions of China,and will help boost rural rejuvenation.At the same time,the author through the field investigation and analysis,reached the following points: First,the learning activities of Party C cadres in Z Village have been very fruitful,and the appearance of the village has been renewed,reflecting the purpose of the CCP serving the people;Second,the learning activities of rural grassroots Party members and cadres have a decisive effect on the ability of the Communist Party of China to govern;Third,paying attention to nurturing new types of farmers is an endogenous driving force to boost rural revitalization.
