The Study On Related Issues Of Corps Of Engineers Involved In The Disposition Of Major National Emergencies

The suddenness, serious consequences,and wide influence of the major nationalemergencies not only pose a great threat to the social stability and public life andproperty,but also seriously hinder the social development,even lead to social unrest.With the advantages of its equipment, technology and talent, Corps of engineers as animportant part of the military preparation sequence, gradually carry out tasks fromsimple support forces into assault forces. This thesis mainly services corps ofengineers，combining with the research status at home and abroad，expounded thebasic concepts of the major national emergencies， discussed the role,characteristics,requirements and principles of the corps of engineers involved in thedisposition of the major national emergencies.Based on analyzing the forces ofengineering involved in the disposition of major national emergency,it studied of a newmodel of the generated ability of the corps of engineers involved in the disposal ofmajor national emergencies In-depth, and discussed the new directions of generatedability, proposed capacity building related countermeasures. In addition, This thesisfocused on the timing choice of corps of engineers involved in the disposal of majornational emergencies,and analyzed the building issue of the "advantage led" jointmilitary command system. Last, according to the different types of majoremergencies,this thesis analyzed the disposal operations of corps of engineers, strivingto provide decision-support for corps of engineers’ practical action from the timingchioce, force use and command modes.
