Countermeasures To Strengthen Public Security Ideological And Political Work

Based on the results of previous studies, this paper introduce the present status ofideological and political education of the basic policeman and its reasons, and put forwardthe possible solutions to guarantee the police office culture in the new era. Brieflyincluding：（1）State the meaning, characteristic and importance of the police’s ideological andpolitical education work. As the special type of our Communist Party’s education, it hasspecific means. As its works nature is political, its education content is temporal spirit andits object is characteristic, it is very important to improve and develop the business of thepolice.（2）State the police’s ideological and political education problem and its reasons. In thenew period，this work exist many contradictions and problems, which cannot in accordwith the actual requirement, and it is get in the way of the construction and development ofthe police. Such as the pertinence is not strong, the incentive mechanism is not wide, theoperating mechanism is not active and so on, and these are serious influence the result ofactual work.The reason is multifaceted. It is not only include the objective factor such as economic,society and development of technology and so on, but also include the subjective factor,such as the internal organs do not pay attention to the work and the overall quality isn’thigh.(3) State enhancing and improving effective ways of the police’s ideological andpolitical education. In actual work, many valuable experience and practice is come out,such as insist on the police’s ideological and political education work is the “life-line” ofpolice work, insist on the party’s absolutely leadership, to do the police’s ideological andpolitical work base on the nature, task and type and so on.In the new period of history, we must summarize the experience, learn it, and sum up theregularity of thing to guide the work, improving our consciousness further. At the same time, giving up the things which can’t follow the times, innovating the traditional methodof work, including idea innovation, content innovation and technique innovation and so on.It is the certain choice to improve the effective and scientific point of the police’sideological and political work.
