Various of crimes around the body caused by the hugebenefits, and kinds of genetic material crimes spread rapidly. Bringing seriouschallenges to the society of our country traditional ethic, and to the health andmedical science and technology supervision order, which also disrupt the normalsocial operation mechanism, trigger a series of infringement of health and life andpersonal safety of criminal activity, with serious social harm. In Chinese currentcriminal law system, there is no criminal in order for the legislation, which gives ourcriminal justice practitioners in the treatment of such a severe test proposed judicialpractice, highlighting the lack of criminal legislation.
