Civil air transport is an important national strategic industry, which reflects the level ofdevelopment of a comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. As we all know,the United States is the world’s number one in science and technology, the United States civil aviationindustry in the world is far ahead of the corresponding legal regulations of the U.S. administration inthe civil aviation industry is more advanced aspects and science. Highly developed U.S. civil aviationindustry has set it’s relatively complete system of administrative law are inseparable, while China civilaviation industry started lately, corresponding laws and regulations are not sound. Incomplete legalregulation or unscientific will limit the further development of China civil aviation industry. In viewof this, this paper on China-US Civil Air Transport Chief comparative study of legal regulation inorder to build and improve on China civil aviation industry benefit administrative legal regulation.The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the basic theory of civil aviationadministrative laws and regulations. Starting from the definition of the legal regulation ofadministrative civil aviation transport to start, then expounds the civil aviation administrative legalregulation system, contents and principles, and the particularity and necessity of legal regulations onAdministration of civil aviation industry analysis. The second part explores the historical developmentof the legal regulation of administrative and civil aviation transport. The third part is the civil aviationindustry of China-US administrative comparative analysis of legal regulations. On the subject of civilaviation transport administrative legal regulation, system and content through a comparative analysisof three aspects in order to seek enlightenment to China civil aviation industry administrative legalregulation. The fourth part is to improve China civil aviation industry administrative legal regulationproposals. To analyze the current situation of China civil aviation industry administrative legalregulation, and learn from foreign advanced experience of legal regulation, to make some suggestionsof civil air transport administrative legal regulation.
