In order to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment in QinghaiSanJiang Source Area, To improve the living conditions of local people. Thegovernment of Qinghai Province responses to the central policies, implement thelarge-scale immigration policy in the source region of Sanjiang. Theimmigrant village consists of five villages, They are a mix of Tibetan herdsmen andbelongs to the reservoir resettlement and ecological migrants, This study selected withstrong characters. Based on field investigation, the dissertation analyses the Tibetan’simmigrant adaptability in a new life and environment. Immigrant adaptability problemreflects the Tibetan’s immigrant whether they can get on well with the localpeople，the living and social environment.The original nomadic life has left an indelible mark in the Tibetan herdsmen live,When the Tibetan’s settlers began to move to a completely unfamiliarenvironment,The great changes will effect the economic life, culture, psychology andother aspects of their life, Tibetan immigrant in the process of adaptation, which willcontinue to adjust their behavior to adapt to the new social life. Some Tibetan’simmigrants do not adapt to the migrants living, and continue to graze on the grassland,leading to the actual occupancy rate is not high in immigration village. There are anumber of Tibetan immigrants due to the differences in language, living habits and soon, they seldom communicate with the resident in Guo Maying Town and cause aseries of reaction such as they do not adapt to the immigration village life.The reason why the village Tibetan’s immigrant do not adapt to the new life inimmigrants, which is the Tibetan immigrant deal with the heterogeneous culture andits own cultural.Therefore, the Tibetan immigrants in immigrants adaptation not onlyin academic research, enriching the research on minority immigrant adaptation, butalso to to put forward the constructive suggestion for the Qinghai immigration work.
