The Study On Copyright In Cloud Computing Environment

With the wide application of cloud computing, it brings a great impact of the existinglegal system, especially in copyright system. This article focuses on copyright issues,for the purpose of clarifying the issue of temporary-copy, identifying the nature of thebehavior of using the software works, the adjustment of copyright system under thecloud computing environment, and then put forward my views.Chapter I starts from the concept of cloud computing, emphasis on analyzing thetechnical features of the SaaS model, and analyzing the relationship between cloudcomputing and copyright from the perspective of "technology principle of neutrality"and finally use a typical case to deepen the understanding of the concept of cloudcomputing and pave the way for the content of the next chapter.Chapter II focuses on the problem of the temporary copy. First, introduces the conceptof copy and temporary-copy, then learns from the international treaties and foreignlegislation, analyzes the nature of temporary copy combined with the case referred inChapter I.Chapter III focuses on the nature of using the software works. First, asks questionsfrom the plight of the act applies. Then disscuss the feasibility of this conduct fromdifferent angles.Chapter IV has a brief analysis of the impact of cloud computing, from theperspective of the copyright owner, strengthens the system of copyright restrictions.Chapter V summarizes the contents of the preceding chapters.
