Study On The Strategies Of The Government In Dealing With Group Events

In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the further transformation of thesociety and the economic system reform and the development of economy, politics,society, the reform has many disharmony factors, such as the differentiation of interests,the widening gap between rich and poor, the existence of social injustice and thedeterioration of ecological environment and so on, all of these are easy to cause people’spsychological imbalance, so that the intensification of social contradictions, cause socialturbulence, induced crisis, brought tremendous threat and damage to the country andsociety. Therefore, how to effectively deal with and solve these group events, promotethe government’s managerial ability, establishing the legal, scientific and systematicmechanism for handling group events is the urgent problem that society deal with.This paper defines the characteristics of group events, based on the analysis of thefour stages of the evolution of group events, and points out the existing problems ofgovernment in dealing with group events, and to seek effective solutions and ideas ofgroup events work. In this paper, that can not study the group events in China from thecurrent reality of social development, but also learn from the successful experience ofother countries and regions; at the same time, give full play to public opinion, mediaand social public to cooperate, to establish a systematic and effective disposal of groupevents.
