A Study On Administrative Compensation Issue And Corresponding Countermeasure Of Immigration Inspection

With the increasing perfection of legal system on immigration inspection in our country,corresponding administrative compensation system will be more standardized. On the one hand,that actually demands immigration service and its staff operates strictly according to the law whenexercising its power and right to protect best interest of entry and exit personnel; on the other hand,maintain legal authority while offering reasonable safeguard of counterpart’s inviolable right whenproper disposal of administrative compensation law cases launched by entry and exit personnel.Based on this, the thesis focus on open questions and corresponding countermeasures ofadministrative compensation system of immigration inspection via doctrine of liability fixation,compensation procedure and internal retraction.
