Focusing on the background of the whole country,study through the phenomenon,reason and countermeasure to the illegal immigration crime of Shandong are studied,which may be the reference for the prevention and punishment of this kind of crime.The whole passage is divided into two parts:introduction and body.Main contents are as follows:Ⅰ,Introduction part is mainly the definition of illegal immigration crime,by comparing regulations of this kind of crime in several countries and the domestic scholars' different views of illegal immigration crime, the author's own view has been summed up:The illegal immigration crime mainly means the crime of crossing borders by utilizing false certificates to abtain the passports and visas,holding false exit and entry certificates and the crime relating with organizing and transporting the illegal immigrators.The introduction part marked out the empirical research is adopted in the passage,some corresponding views are proposed through researching relevant data of illegal immigration crime in Shandong over the past ten years.Ⅱ,Several main forms of the coastal illegal immigration crime of Shandong:in this passage two kinds of illegal immigration crimes are put forward,ie.illegal immigration without licences by sea and illegal immigration with licences in the port.Among them,illegal immigration without licences by sea are divided into four types,ie.illegal immigration by utilizing the fishing boats and freighters,illegal immigration by utilizing yachts,illegal immigration by utilizing containers and illegal immigration by utilizing international freighters.
