Analyzes On Patent Trust Financing Of Small And Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises

With the advent of the knowledge economic era, knowledge economy,represented by the patent, is gradually become a major force in economicgrowth.And,in the process of promoting national economic development, small andmedium-sized high-tech enterprises also can play an important role.However, thoseenterprises always have to face some problems that hinder their development,such asfunds shortage,financing difficulties.Those problems obstruct the promotion of patenttransformation and the capitalization of intellectual property rights in China, seriouslyrestrict the pace to internationalization of patent enterprises.Therefore,it has importanttheoretical and practical meaning to do the analyses on promoting the financing ofthose enterprises.First,based on the present situation of financing difficulties of those enterpriseand the capital demands of high and new technology enterprise,the thesis analyzedthe insufficiencies and flaws of current financing modes from the angle of enterprisefinancing constraint theory.Then, it raises views, such as,innovating financialinstruments and bringing in patent trust,to meet diversified financing needs of smalland medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Underpinned by analyzing the functions andfeatures of trust and trust financing, the thesis, from the angles of the patent enterprisecredit, financing cost and financing risk and financing channels,elaborated the ideathat with the benefit of trust to solve the financing difficulty of small andmedium-sized high-tech enterprises and discussed the maneuverability of theidea.After analyzed the patent financing characteristics,capital supply and demandmodel and the foundation of trust operation, the thesis brought out four trust financingmodes for those enterprises.They are patent trust loans mode,voting trust investmentmode, fund trust model, patent securitization model.The thesis put emphasis onanalyzing their features and operation ways,set up their own financing modelframework.last, after above analysis, aiming at the possible problems in the patenttrust financing mode and operation environment barriers,the thesis based on multiplexangles such as legal system, registration, taxation, regulatory, proposed some concretemeasures to perfect the institutions of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprisespatent trust financing from the micro level and macro level.The thesis mainly expounded some relevant issues that occurred in the process of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises patent trust financing,discussed theestablishment of a feasible patent trust financing pattern.The author hopes it canprovide certain contributions in solving the patent financing problems faced bymedium-sized high-tech enterprises.
