Through to the United States,Japan and the Netherlands and other countries in the practice of environmentalenforcement do an introduction, to achieve good effect of law enforcement ofcountries formed in environmental law enforcement law enforcement experience.The fourth part is to put forward solutions to the existing problems onenvironmental administrative execution.
