Land and Environment Courtof New South Wales in Australia came into being in the tide and times of a common globalenvironmental protection. Mainly through the study of the Land and EnvironmentCourt of New South Wales, combining with Chinese environmental judicial practice, theauthor puts forward some personal views on how to improve Chinese environmental justicelitigation mechanism.
