Mao Zedong Practice And Thought Of Administrative Supervision

On the basis of inheriting Marx and Engels and Lenin’s administrative supervision theory and sublating the thought of ancient Chinese and Sun Zhongshan administrative supervision, and in the great practice of leading the Chinese revolution and construction, Mao Zedong set up Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision with Mao Zedong characteristics. Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought. But Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision is dispersedly reflected in the practice of administrative supervision of Comrade Mao Zedong and his books. The task of this paper is theoretically to process and summarize Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision.Using the ways of literature research and historical research, this paper is divided into five chapters to try to sort out Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision. The first chapter is the introduction, the fundamental part,which mainly describes the origin and significance of this study, the development and review of the research at home and abroad, the research methods, the writing framework and possible innovations of this paper. Chapters Ⅱ to V are the main part of this article. Chapter Ⅱ tries to discuss the conditions of how Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision produced, mainly from theoretical conditions and practical needs. The third chapter describes Mao Zedong’s practice process of administrative supervision. The forth chapter is the deepening of Chapters Ⅱ and Ⅲ, which attempts to theorize Mao Zedong thought of administrative supervision, and mainly discourses the four aspects of situation judgment, policies and principles, ideas of working, organization and leadership of Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision.The fifth chapter, based on the fourth chapter, discusses the guiding significance of Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision on nine aspects of contemporary practice of administrative supervision, and the important role of Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision.This paper argues that Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought, Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision is not passive water, Marx, Engels, Lenin, ancient China, and Sun Zhongshan’s theory of administrative supervision is its theoretical conditions, the revolution and construction tasks become reality needs of administrative supervision. In the above two basis, Mao Zedong set up Mao Zedong thought of administrative supervision with Mao Zedong characteristics in the great practice of leading the Chinese revolution and construction. In the revolution and construction practice of the administrative supervision, Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision has developed and improved continuously. The various components of the content of Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision form an organic system, which is inseparable. At the same time, Mao Zedong Thought of administrative supervision provides a solid theoretical foundation for the formation and development of socialism administrative supervision theory with contemporary Chinese characteristics, and still has a deeper guiding significance of the contemporary Chinese administrative supervision practice.
