The Search About Corrupt Psychological

Our country has happed great progress in the political system with China’s economic and social progress and advancement of political reform, but the problem of power restriction and supervision has not been fundamentally resolved. The corrupt phenomenon of power rent-seeking seriously harms the party and the government’s credibility. Corruption is the enemy of our party, state and people. So the communist party of China attaches great importance to build a clean government and anti-corruption work. The research of corrupt psychological is belonged to the key project of social sciences:The research about the theory and practice of administrative supervision. We hope to provide certain enlightenment for the research of anti-corruption theory and practice through the research of corrupt psychological.This article carries on the related research of corrupt psychological in this context. Corrupt psychological is the psychological phenomenon that corrupt crimes violate disciplines for achieving their personal purposes. This article chooses randomly100typical corrupt officials as the research objects from the public reports of our state media. We carry on the search of corrupt psychological on the basis of the analysis of the behaviors of the corrupt officials. We found that the current corrupt psychological mainly have five types after the analysis of related dates:They are powerful psychological, greed psychological, unbalanced psychological fluke mind and hedonic psychologyThis paper consists four parts:The first part is introduction. This part mainly analyzes the background and significance of the research, literature review, research methods, the structure of the article and the innovation; the second part is the related theories about corrupt psychological:the connotation of corrupt psychological, the interpretation of anti-corruption theory、policies and regulations and The UN Convention Against Corruption. The third part is the structure-function analysis of corrupt psychological.(1) Sample selection--mainly states the information content of the100corrupt officials and the reasons that we choose the100corrupt officials as the object of analysis.(2) The analysis of content. Content analysis includes five parts:the administrative level, the definition and harm of the types of corrupt psychological, the sorting of the psychological types, the analysis of corrupt psychological and the behaviors of the corrupt psychological about complexity and some summaries and so on. The forth part puts forward countermeasures of preventing corrupt psychological. The paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects based on the analysis of full text:To perfect prevention mechanism, so that officials cannot be corrupt; To improve the punishment mechanism, so that officials dare not to be corrupt; To perfect security mechanisms, so that officials don’t want to be corrupt.The innovation of the paper is:The article is different from the past searches that only emphasis on qualitative analysis and corrupt psychological types while ignore the degree of influence, complexity and the correlation between types of the corrupt psychological. This article not only analyzes respectively five kinds of corrupt psychological, but also sorts the corrupt psychological types and states the relationship between the five types. In addition, this articles puts forward countermeasures of preventing corrupt psychological from three aspects using the analysis method of qualitative and quantitative.
