With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the Real Rights and the Housing Registration Measures, the Center emphasizes the efficient and standard flow of house registration, completing the house registration norm, establishing the whole GIS system, and improving the serving quality. However, with the gradual development and completion of house registration work in ChengDu, some problems still haven’t solved. According to the theory of registration of real estate, this report combs the literature and demonstrates the drawbacks of the registration of Chinese real estate. Chengdu, as a studied subject, is going to analyze the drawbacks of the registration of Chinese real estate from the perspective of registration management.The conclusions are listed below.1) The measure of registration is inaccurate; the registration system for registration in mission.
