In recent years, Mongolia-Code has made some achievements, but the systematic research on the "Mongolia Oyirad code" in the larceny of achievement is rare, are rare. In view of this, I tried to research this from the Perspective of Criminal Law, and try to point to an area, to restore the17th century history of the Mongolian legal system, legal culture and legal culture show the nomads,and thereby to make up for gaps in the history of the Mongolia legal system theory contribute a little.This paper mainly consists of the introduction, the "Mongolia Oyirad code" theft outline as well as the penalty, characteristics and value analysis and other parts.
