Study On Deng Xiaoping Thought Of The Military Education

Deng Xiaoping’s military education thought is the scientific summary of dealing with military practical issues by applying Mao Zedong’s military education thought creatively, which is a reflection of objective principles in military field. In the new era of socalist construction, Deng’s military education thought is a combination of the principles of Marxism-Leninisma as well as Mao Zedong’s thought and the actual situation of our military construction. It carrys on the essences of Marxism-Leninisma’s and Mao Zedong’s military education thought. Besides, it reveals the laws of military education on the basis of tendencies of the times. Because of the particular times and contemporary conditions of the country and the military, plus the practical differences in the development of military education, Deng’s military education thought has its own characteristics.It has important realistic significances to study Deng’s military education thought, such as being helpful to carry on Deng’s valuable militay theory, to enrich Mao’s military education thought and to promote PLA’S modernization program.This thesis mainly applys the methods of literature survey and historical research, and tries to integrate the history and logic. The innovative point lies in the reflection of the whole system of Deng’s military education thought. Through analyzing related documents on his military education thought, this thesis aims to master the whole system of Deng’s military education thought, which includes its formative process, ideological connotation, charateristics, and the directions to our military education as well as its importance in our system of military education thoughts. The objectives of this study are to carry on his valuable military theory and foster the development of PLA’s military education thoughts.
