In recent years, with the deepening of institutionalize, related to freedom hav e been concerned. The paper presented a great attention of the case in Japan, t hat music teacher because of personal creed refused to play the piano for the national anthem. Therefore the music teacher received a warning from Tokyo B oard of Education. But the teacher considered that the warning violated her fre edom of thought and conscience and serious harm to her spirit. At the sametime this wanning contrary to the constitution, sued the Japanese Supreme C ourt, asking to revoke warning events. Without doubt, some promises need to explain, some people think that it is difficult to understand, singing the nationa1anthem is a solemn thing, how can we believe become a violation of person al freedom. But in Japan, this is a problem, and continued for many years.
