This purpose of the paper is to seek the real factors led to thedecrease of the judicial credibility, through the analysis of the concept,characteristics of the judicial credibility, combined with the actualsituation of the current judicial environment in our country. At the sametime, it summarized the main cause of influencing and restricting thejudicial credibility, which used the recent specific case and social eventsas a reference material, As the main factor of restricting the judicialcredibility as a starting point of the thesis, combined with myunderstanding of judicial credibility, I put forward the methods toenhance our country judicial credibility. This paper is divided into fourparts: the first part puts forward the main background of the researchsubject, including the current legal culture background, and thebackground of the policy environment, as well as put forward theimportant reason for the study of this thesis and the positive practicalsignificance. The second part is comprehensive understanding to theconcept of judicial credibility, which is based on characteristics of judicialcredibility, intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This paper draws on the currentscholars in our country in the understanding of judicial credibilityconcept, characteristic. Based on this understanding, I propose mypersonal understanding about the concept of judicial credibility. It’sparticularly significant to correctly identify the concept, which providestheoretical basis about how to affect and restrict the main aspects of thejudicial credibility. The third part brings forward the main cause of thecurrent restriction of judicial credibility. From the evidence of the currentwidespread social conflicts caused by judicial conflicts, such as thejudicial organs of corruption, judicial administrative intervention events,etc., through the analysis of such events, I put forward the main causesof restricting our judicial credibility. The fourth part is the main part ofthis article.
