Research On Judicial Credibility

Judicial credibility is one of the important symbols of the society ruled by law.The higher the credibility of the judiciary,the more perfect the country's rule of law,judicial justice can be effectively guaranteed.Public trust and judicature are like faith and law.The law must not have faith,and the judicature must not have credibility.It is difficult for the judiciary without credibility to maintain the judicial authority.At present,our country is advancing the rule of law in an all-round way and following the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics unswervingly.Judicial credibility is an inevitable prerequisite for building a socialist country ruled by law,so it is of great significance to study judicial credibility.Judicial credibility is a common sense of public recognition of justice,which consists of judicial judgment,judicial restraint,judicial self-control and judicial exclusion.Based on the case of Nie Shubin and the existing legal norms,this paper analyzes some problems that affect the judicial credibility from the two aspects of legal belief and justice for the people.In social practice,there are many problems in judicial transparency and the efficiency of handling cases of judicial organs.The problems of administration and localization of judicial power are also common,the judicial supervision mechanism is not perfect enough,and the legal literacy of judicial staff needs to be improved.These problems have seriously affected the trust and dependence of the public on the administration of justice.Through the analysis of the main problems affecting the credibility of the judiciary,this paper aims at practicing justice for the people.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the judicial credibility of our country: to enhance judicial transparency and judicial efficiency in order to enhance the publicundefineds sense of recognition of justice.Under the leadership of the Party,we should vigorously implement the unified management system of peopleundefineds property and property of the courts below the provincial level and improve the system of access to judges in order to practice judicial independence,and strengthen the supervision of the judicial organs from within the judicial organs,procuratorial organs and media public opinion.In order to further promote the judicial system reform and enhance the judicial credibility of our country,we should enhance the judicial personnel legal literacy from the aspects of strengthening the construction of the judicial team and the moral ability literacy of the judicial personnel.
