Hotels have shouldered the obligation of protecting safety of human life and property since their beginning. With the rapid development of hotel, a large number of disputes on violation of safety guarantee obligation take place in hotel. Judicial circles and scholars have a lot of controversies on identification and doctrine of liability and liability form of these cases.This paper defines the operator to hotel and discusses the safety guarantee obligation of hotel.
