The Practice Approsch Of The Ideological And Politcal Education About The Cadres In The New Period

Ideological and political education issues related to the CCP’s leadership, important political issues governing for the people, and the stable development of the national community, the improvement of the ideological and political quality of cadres of the party, and the enhancement of the level of the Chinese Communist Party. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the Party’s cadres in the new era, is not only the special requirement of social development and progress, but also to maintain the advanced nature of the Party, to consolidate the party’s ruling status of the request. However, the current ideological and political education as well as local cadres is unsatisfactory, often caused by a mere formality lacking in substance, can not effectively stimulate intrinsic motivation educated. To cover the shortage of ideological and political education of cadres, we must explore the path of effective practice under the new era.This paper argues that in the new era, ideological and political education should be socialized、life-oriented、hidden technology and micro technology, should be "individualized" and to develop different methods of content for young cadres, middle-aged cadres, leading cadres and grassroots cadres.We have to follow the same general education law, as far as possible reflect the characteristics of the times, should adhere to the people-oriented, two-way interactive, step by step, focusing on the spirit, and strive to develop a comprehensive individual cadres. In the educational process, should focus on creating a positive educational environment, persist in reform and opening up and enhancing practical education, enhance the influence of the social mainstream ideology that the educationed cadres have a better understanding and positioning of themselves,to serve the people better and better.
