The Judicial credibility has important implications for a country’s law,social stabilityand economic development,it is one of the important symbol of social civilization andprogress,but also to measure the level of a country under the rule of law. In thenumerous factors influencing the Judicial credibility, the Image of the judge play a veryimportant role. It is not only the most intuitive way of the Judicial credibility,but alsothe easiest way to improve Judicial credibility over other factors. Enhance the image ofthe judge not only need to pay attention to their actions but also need the externalopportunities of security，which includes not only for your own life but also theoccupation details.Only improving the Image of the judge,we can win the trust of thepublic in the trial process.This paper discusses the related problems of image of judges and the Judicial credibilityfrom the following four aspects.The first part: starting from the collective prostitution case of Shanghai high courtjudge,leads to the relations between the image of the judge and the judicialcredibility.The judicial credibility is the basis of the law,the Image of the judge is themain factor affecting the judicial credibility.The second part: in many factors affecting the judicial credibility,we choose the factorsof the judicial credibility. The reason is that,the image is the most intuitive approach tosocial public feelings of the judicial credibility, and relative to the judge independence，judicial justice, the image is the easiest to change，the easiest to the affect of factors.The third part: Current Situation of China’s judges,some of them are not neutral, clean.They had a negative impact on society and the impact of the construction of judicialcredibility.The fourth part: in order to improve the image of the judge, we made several practicalrecommendations. Through a combination of inside and outside, we pay attention to thejudge’s own efforts, but also to strengthen the system security, to improve the image ofthe judge and the credibility of justice.
