The18th National Congress of the CPP puts forward for The doctrine ofconstruction of the service-oriented party. To build the service-oriented party is theessential requirement for a Marxist party, being the radical value orientation of ourparty. What’s more, it is an urgent requirement for the contemporary construction ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics．The service-oriented party can effectivelyassociate the relationship between the Party and the people to enforce the mass basisof the leadership.The building of service-oriented party is a long-term process; tochange the idea of governance is the precondition, to strengthen institutionaldevelopment and corruption control are the guarantee, and to well deal with the Party-masses relationship and the Party-government relationship are the key point for thebuilding of service-oriented party.
