Research On Building The Grassroots Of The Service-oriented Party Of Heilongjiang Province

The central Party and government have attached great importance to the Party building since the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC.They pointed out to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline.The central government has issued a series of documents,which have made a series of deployment to the Grass-roots Party.In the process of the mass line education,it is an important measure for the construction of the party building.The Eighteenth National Congress of CPC has pointed that there are states of weakness and slackness in the Grass-roots Party.However,it is the important part in unifying people and carrying out the party's route general and specific policies and each work mission,so why do the states of weakness and slackness appeared? How to construct it in the better way?In order to research our questions,firstly,this paper reviewed existing studies about the Grassroots of the service-oriented Party building by the method of documentary analysis to get the inspiration for my paper.Second,this paper discussed the theoretical basis,including concept and connotation of the Grass-roots Party,and illustrated the significance to construct the Grass-roots Party and basic requirements.Third,I analyzed its main problems in Heilongjiang Province by empirical research,Trying to construct a "pigeon shaped" analysis structure.Fourth,I researched the good experience of it from other provinces and cities.I hope Heilongjiang Province can learn from these good experience.Last,I proposed suggestions on the Grassroots of the service-oriented Party building according to its problems.This paper is based on the practical work.Explored the Grassroots of the service-oriented Party building by taking the case of Heilongjiang Province,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.This paper focused on it and explored general-specific pattern and hopes.
