The Administrative Investment Incentive System In The Investment Promotion And Capital Introduction

With the continuous development of social economy, China’s current investment activities among which administrative rules and regulations are very common usually aims to promote local economic improvement. Seen from another dimension, the administrative investment reward temporarily is lacking in relatively standardized national legal documents with effective and uniform regulation.Thus, in this paper, from the perspective of the administrative investment incentive system in the investment promotion and capital introduction, the author thies to raise. some obvious problems in the administrative investment reward system through case discussion with the capital introducers who are at a disadvantage as the focus. Thereafter, from the angle of the administrative, the significance of the implementation of the administrative investment reward system will be expounded. Later, the current status and confusion of the implementation of the administrative investment reward system in the investment promotion and capital introduction will be. discussed and related problems will be solved theoretically. Based on the perspective of administrative law, this paper mainly analyzes the administrative investment reward system’s status, nature and potential unlawful infringement, discusses the system’s deficiencies and flaws through a large number of local rules and regulations and proposes some constructive Suggestions for the perfection of the system to solve these existing problems for and safeguard the capital introducer’s rights.
