International Mechanism Fun Ction Analysis

In the new century,"peace and development" is still the subject of today’s world. How to maintain peace and promote the common development is still the target of the international community and a hot topic. With the globalization of political economy, the connection between the international behavior bodies is becoming more and more closely. In the process of interaction and development, it is more inclined to implement the international dialogue and cooperation through the establishment of international mechanism, so as to pursuit of absolute return and realize win-win cooperation. In this,"International mechanism", which is a way to realize common development and cope with the international problems, is playing an increasingly important role in international relations in practice. However, what kind of function the international mechanism, a way to integrate international relations effectively, maintain peace and promote the international cooperation, is playing in the practice of the international community; whether there is a limitation in the process of deal with the international relations effectively; realizing the benign interaction between international actors and promoting the healthy development of the international community; which are worth pondering and researching.With the diversification of international actors and the variety of international interests, interaction and relationship between countries is becoming more and more complex. The international organizations establish different forms of international mechanism to deal with different problems. The six-party talks, including the United States, China, South Korea, Japan, Russia,is to solve "the north Korean nuclear crisis" and set up the mechanism of international, which is also a new practice for the international community to cope with the international crisis through the international mechanisms. This paper chose "talks on the Korean peninsula nuclear", the international mechanism, as an example.Overall, this paper mainly divided into four parts. The first part is "introduction", including the research significance of this topic, the international mechanism and the nuclear summarized research status quo of the six-party talks, writing ideas and research methods. The second part is the first chapter of this article, relevant concepts of international mechanism and introducing the international mechanism of inner logic and reorganization; The third part includes chapter2and chapter3, mainly introducing the process and the establishment of the talks on the Korean peninsula nuclear mechanism to review and analyze the six talks process; The fourth part is chapter4, reviewing and analyzing the establishment of the six-party talks on the Korean peninsula nuclear mechanism, operation, etc., on the basis of carding and overview the theory of international mechanisms, is to research the function and the existing limitations of international mechanism in the international community. In the end, in the conclusion, it makes overall evaluation on international mechanism, which is a way to promote communication and realize the cooperation in the international community.
