How to improve the execution of the government, striving to resolve such outstanding problems as weakness of the policy execution, the policy implementation is not in time and in place, are already become a major issues faced by all levels of government. Administrative supervision is the primary method to promote the government decisions will be implemented, also is a powerful weapon to ensure that government decrees. With the economy development of our country and the depending of the reform, the significance of the administrative supervision becomes more and more noticeable. After years of exploration and development, the administrative supervision network is gradually established in our country and becoming more and more perfect, the administrative supervision system with Chinese feature is gradually forming. Meanwhile, we need to wake up to the problems in the administrative supervision area and so it still not adapts to the responsibility and mission. Therefore, we must take measures to strengthen work in this respect, improve the government execution, in order to make the administrative policy would be implemented.This paper is study to the administrative supervision work by the ways of cases based on the viewpoint of the government. Firstly, explaining the connotation, origin, function, position, and procedure of the administrative supervision. Secondly, summarizing the achievement and problems with the method of cases in the administrative supervision area through exploration. Thirdly, concluding the good experiences and practices in terms of the administrative supervision aspect in the other provinces and cities in our country, America, France, Japan and the other developed countries in recently years. Lastly, proposing measures to promote the administrative supervision job based on studying internal and international experience.
