Study On The Local Government Innovation Of Anti-corruption Chinese Based On Local Government Innovation Award

Corruption has been a common phenomenon in worldwide, but because of thedangers of corruption is very large, so the party and the government as well as manydomestic experts and scholars also attaches great importance to the theory andpractice research of anti-corruption, and introduced a series of anti-corruptionmeasures, the local government is also trying to innovate system of anti-corruption.To host the awards for the government governance, anti-corruption provides a newthought of the object of study and innovation. Based on the background, the authormade some research on the anti-corruption system innovation.Based on the investigation to the research results among domestic and abroad, itlaid a theoretical foundation to the research of this paper. At the same time, by usingthe method of literature research and case study, the author made some research on thecorruption of local government innovation practice. By means of defining the coreconcepts and innovative value against corruption, the author analyzed the type ofanti-corruption of Chinese local government innovation motivation and strategy.Through case study, the author analyzed the specific case of "local governmentinnovation in China", and through the overall analysis, points out the deficiency" of"local government innovation in China". Combined with case study, China’s localgovernment anti-corruption innovation is short of promotion and sustainable, and hardto promote. On the basis of the studies on the cause of the corruption of localgovernment innovation problems is analyzed, the cause of mainly exist in four aspects,anti-corruption innovation system innovation main body of bounded rationality,anti-corruption is difficult to institutionalization, institutional factors, innovationdecision-making mechanism of the defects and innovation consciousness is weak. Onthe basis of these studies, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,to pass the impetus for innovation to strengthen the reform of political system,through the perfect system to promote the spread of the government’s anti-corruptioninnovation, promote the institutionalization of local government innovation. Finallyour country will make a new achievement in the field of anti-corruption innovation oflocal government.
