The Research On Ecological Administration Mode Based On The Theory Of Low-carbon Government

With the development of the human economic activities, the level of the humanmaterial life becomes richer and richer. Meanwhile the environment issues are ringingalarm bells. In order to alleviate the contradiction between economic development andenvironmental protection, the government should carry out by actual efforts and buildthe low-carbon government and establish the ecological administrative mode based onthe low-carbon administrative concept. The ecological administrative reform isnecessary to implement the scientific development concept and establish theecological civilization. The low-carbon government refers to the government modewhich purpose is to constantly reduce the amount and the emission intensity unit ofthe greenhouse gasses mainly including the carbon dioxide.
